An Associate Professor of Information Systems at University of South Florida, Dr Shivendu S. has created and taught courses in design of information systems, business analytics, econometrics, and fintech. He has also served as Principal Investigator (PI) of $600,000 TechHire grant of Whitehouse, and currently serves as PI of $6 million Cybersecurity grant of State of Florida. He is a prolific researcher with numerous premier publications, hundreds of conference presentations and has has won many Best Paper awards.

Prior to moving to academia, he served as an Indian Administrative Service Officer in Bihar & Jharkhand for over two decades and held positions such as Secretary Health and Chairman, Electricity Board.

Shivendu has earned a PhD and a Masters in Economics from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad, and Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from IIT-Kanpur.

Arun has over 7 years technology management experience in the USA and India. Most recently he worked as Senior Manager (consulting) with National Institute For Smart Government, and jointly run the Executive Programs on AI & ML Applications for Govt of India and various State Govt. Officers with Prof. Shivendu.

Arun has an M.S and B.S. in the Electrical & Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh with University Honors and has MBA (Finance) from Hofstra University, New York for which he received Frank B. Zarb scholarship.

Dr Kayhan has been with USF since 2010 and teaches students the techniques of understanding data visualization and machine learning and how that can be relevant to their careers and solving problems in everyday life.

Dr. Daniel Conway is Teaching Professor and Associate Director of the Blockchain Center of Excellence at the University of Arkansas. He has been involved in graduate school education for over 30 years and has served on the faculty at USF, Iowa, Notre Dame, Northwestern, Indiana University, Florida, and Virginia Tech. He also has decades of consulting experience in the areas of Data Science, Analytics, and Information Security.

Dr Jetley's research interests are in the areas of health IT, healthcare analytics and impacts of multimodal information on decision making. He takes a data driven approach and uses machine learning models and econometric techniques in his research. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in data mining and analytics.

Dr Zhang's research interests are in areas of Economics of Information Systems, Digital Platforms and Online Community, Healthcare Analytics. He obtained his Ph.D. in Information Systems from University of California, Irvine and M.S. in Information Systems from Iowa State University

Mridula has worked in India as an IAS officer(India's highest level policy making body) where she worked as the Principal Secretary of Higher education as well as Technical Education besides many other assignments at the policy making level.She has attended the Columbia University,Emory University and the University of Southern California as a graduate student. She has taken number of policy initiatives in the higher education sector.She works as a public policy consultant for several organizations currently. Her experience of India and the United States of America enables her to understand the challenges faced by the students while aspiring to attend universities abroad for higher studies.

Dr. Smith's research interests lie in organizational routines, technology adoption processes, business analytics, and enterprise systems development. His work has been published in the Journal of Information Systems Education, the Teaching Mathematics and Computer Science journal, and currently serves as the technical editor for the Journal of Information Systems Education

Mark Bender's research lies at the intersection of competitive strategy and digital marketing. Bender is particularly interested in the role of digital platforms in the marketplace, such as streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify), browsers (e.g., Google Chrome), crowdfunding platforms (e.g., Kickstarter) and daily deal websites (e.g., Groupon).

Mr. Rao was an Indian Administrative Service Officer (IAS) 1985 Batch, Bihar Cadre. Most recently he was the Chief Executive Officer of, National Institute for Smart Government (NISG) from 2019-2023. He has previously served as Secretary, Govt of India, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Defence and Joint Secretary, Department of Defence Production. He has also served in various capacities in State Governments of Bihar, Jharkhand, and Andhra Pradesh during a career spanning 34 years. Mr Rao has a B. Tech. in Electronics & Communications Engineering and PG Diploma in Industrial Engineering (PGDIE) from NITIE, Bombay.
